I did everything online. I got specific technical questions about the product answered, I got inventory checked and I placed my order.
I requested expedited service because I forgot to add it and it was added without any problem. So glad I did because the day after I got my product, Canada Post went on strike!
My first 3D XL chamber and I am very happy with the, but this is about the service.
Well informed, a pleasure to deal with, incredibly fast getting my order out the door..

In short, not just a home run, a Grand Slam, inside-the-park home run'! I'm definitely going to be shopping here again.

Good selection of devices, accessories and cigars. They have good Cubans here, various sizes including the nicer ones. I asked if they could stock club size cigars and they got them in right away, great service. Good size humidor here that keeps cigars nice and fresh. If they don't have what you're looking for ask them!

Edit: I left an envelope of cash here, they knew me and made sure I got it back with every cent still inside, these guys are honestly awesome, they will help you out if they can!!
