My favourite place to order from or to shop for pickup from. I called to ask to pickup an order I accidentally ask to have shipped. They said they unfortunately couldn't change that but fully explained why and were apologetic and helpful in the ways they could be. The product arrived the next day even though it hadn't shipped when I called. They process things incredibly fast. I also got the product in perfect condition and it works better than the previous model (switch 2 is what I got)
