So far, Haze keeps my product on hand, something that others can’t seem to do. I just wish they would keep more in stock so I could order a month’s supply rather than having to order every week.

I even screwed up the transport this one time and had to email them to rectify it. I got a reply back right away which is saying a lot.

After a quick email requesting more stock they replied immediately and advised me to contact them in the future if stocks online are low. They had even readjusted the inventory beforehand to accommodate me. That's service beyond my wildest dreams. Not to mention that my order usually arrive ahead of schedule.

I did everything online. I got specific technical questions about the product answered, I got inventory checked and I placed my order.
I requested expedited service because I forgot to add it and it was added without any problem. So glad I did because the day after I got my product, Canada Post went on strike!

Good selection of devices, accessories and cigars. They have good Cubans here, various sizes including the nicer ones. I asked if they could stock club size cigars and they got them in right away, great service. Good size humidor here that keeps cigars nice and fresh. If they don't have what you're looking for ask them!

Edit: I left an envelope of cash here, they knew me and made sure I got it back with every cent still inside, these guys are honestly awesome, they will help you out if they can!!

I’ve been coming here for years and have gotten nothing but great customer service from Nitin and his coworkers. They are very helpful and always put a smile on my face when I come in. I live in Coquitlam and drive all the way to van just to come visit them!
