So I write this review moreso for the store in general, and not so much for the hot knife on its own (Although it IS a 5-star product) I also ordered an Indiglo Puffco peak Pro, and both times the service has been BEYOND phenomenal. My orders both arrived in a timely manner, with the Peak Pro itself even being REALLY early. The free quality dab pick they offer is truly QUALITY and even better yet; free.
