Human Grade Grinder 1C – 2 Piece – 2.5″

The Human Grade Grinder 1C measures 2.5 inches, or 63mm, in diameter. This is a standard mid-sized grinder that sits comfortably in the hand and provides enough loading area for most daily grinding sessions. The 2.5-inch diameter makes it practical for home use and portable enough to carry in a jacket pocket or bag, offering a useful balance between grinding capacity and everyday portability.

The Human Grade Grinder 1C is a 2-piece grinder, consisting of an upper grinding chamber with a lid and a lower collection chamber. However, it also features an integrated pollen screen in the bottom chamber, which means fine kief particles are still separated from the bulk of the ground herb and collected in a dedicated area below the screen. This gives the 1C more functionality than a basic 2-piece grinder while maintaining the simpler, more compact 2-piece form factor.

Yes, even though the Human Grade Grinder 1C is a 2-piece design, it includes an integrated pollen screen that allows the finest particles to be collected in the bottom chamber below the screen. You can retrieve this kief using the included scraping tool. This design gives users basic kief collection functionality without the additional complexity of a 4-piece grinder, making it a good middle-ground option between a plain 2-piece and a full 4-piece configuration.

The Human Grade Grinder 1C is made from aluminum. The aluminum body is lightweight yet durable, capable of handling regular daily use without significant wear. The magnetic lid provides a secure closure that keeps the two pieces together reliably between uses. The classic, clean design of the 1C does not rely on elaborate surface treatments or decorative finishes, keeping the focus on practical, straightforward performance at an accessible price point.

The Human Grade Grinder 1C comes with a scraping tool included. The scraping tool is used to collect kief or pollen from the bottom chamber below the integrated pollen screen, making it easier to retrieve the fine particles without losing material. No additional accessories are needed to use the grinder out of the box, and the 2-piece design means there are no extra chambers or components to manage during setup or cleaning.

Yes, the Human Grade Grinder 1C is an excellent option for beginners who want simplicity combined with the added benefit of kief collection. The 2-piece format is the most straightforward type of grinder to use: load herb, twist, and open. The magnetic lid makes this even easier by providing a secure yet simple closure. The integrated pollen screen adds basic kief collection without requiring the user to manage multiple chambers, and the included scraping tool makes the collection process accessible from day one.
