The Stündenglass Tray Cloche lets you add rich smoke flavor to food and drinks using your Stündenglass Gravity Infuser. Built from food-safe polycarbonate with a walnut wood tray, it’s both functional and durable. The silicone hose attaches directly to the mouthpiece of the Stündenglass, channeling smoke into the cloche. By rotating the unit, you fill the dome with smoke to infuse a plate of food or multiple beverages at once. With an inner globe height of about 7.5 inches and a circumference of just over 11 inches, it’s large enough to cover a dish or cocktail set. The cloche is easy to set up, clean, and reuse.
