The colored portion of the bottom is also quartz, not glass, ensuring consistent heat resistance and purity across the entire banger. Quartz is the preferred material for bangers because it is inert, heats evenly, and imparts no flavor to concentrates.

The thick colored quartz bottom serves the same function as any thick-bottomed banger: it absorbs and retains more heat than a thinner base, allowing the banger to stay at vaporization temperature for longer after the torch is removed. The coloring is a cosmetic feature built into the quartz itself and does not affect performance or safety during normal use.

This banger has a 14mm male joint at a 90-degree angle, making it compatible with dab rigs, water pipes, and bongs that have a 14mm female joint at a 90-degree orientation. This is the most common joint configuration on the market and fits the majority of standard and mini rigs.

Any carb cap with a diameter at or above the outer diameter of the bucket opening will effectively cover the top and restrict airflow for low-temperature dabbing.

Yes, one or two terp pearls can be placed inside the bucket before heating. When a carb cap is placed over the flat top opening, the airflow restriction creates a gentle spinning motion that rotates the pearls around the inside of the bucket, distributing heat and helping to evenly vaporize concentrate. Apply the torch flame to the bottom and lower sides of the bucket for approximately 25 to 45 seconds depending on torch output, then allow the banger to cool for 30 to 60 seconds before loading concentrate. For the thick-bottomed design, a slightly longer heat-up time and a slightly longer cool-down period than a standard thin banger will yield the best flavor and vapor production.
