So I write this review moreso for the store in general, and not so much for the hot knife on its own (Although it IS a 5-star product) I also ordered an Indiglo Puffco peak Pro, and both times the service has been BEYOND phenomenal. My orders both arrived in a timely manner, with the Peak Pro itself even being REALLY early. The free quality dab pick they offer is truly QUALITY and even better yet; free. I was a tad put off from ordering from them due to their lack of reviews, but the quality and service they offer is truly top-notch. Cannot recommend them enough!
