Lookah Dragon Egg Vaporizer

To change the voltage on the Lookah Dragon Egg, press the power button twice quickly while the device is on. Each double-press cycles through the three preset voltage settings: 3.2V indicated by a green LED, 3.6V indicated by a blue LED, and 4.0V indicated by a white LED. The current voltage is also shown on the built-in digital display screen. Start at 3.2V for the most flavorful, low-temp experience and increase as needed for thicker concentrates or larger clouds.

The Dragon Egg is powered by a 950mAh built-in battery that provides approximately 20 heating sessions of 30 seconds each on the lower voltage settings before requiring a recharge. Battery life may vary depending on the voltage setting used and the duration of each heating cycle. A full charge takes approximately 120 minutes via the USB-C port. The LED display shows remaining battery level at a glance during use.

The Lookah Dragon Egg performs best with softer wax concentrates such as crumble, budder, and live resin. These softer consistencies melt and vaporize efficiently on the quartz coil, especially with the 10-second preheat function. Harder waxes like shatter will work but may take longer to fully melt and vaporize. Load a small, rice-grain-sized amount of concentrate onto the coil for best results and to maintain coil longevity.

After powering on the device by pressing the button five times, the Dragon Egg automatically enters a 10-second preheat mode. During preheat, the display counts down from 9 to 0 while the device vibrates and the LED cycles through colors. This preheat phase warms the coil gently to melt thick concentrates without producing visible vapor, ensuring even saturation before you take your full hit. Once preheat completes, press and hold the power button to begin vaporization.

After each session, use a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to gently wipe the quartz coil clean while it is still slightly warm. Avoid pressing down hard on the quartz plate inside the coil, as this can cause damage. For deeper maintenance every one to two weeks, remove the bubbler, percolator, and coil separately and soak the glass components in isopropyl alcohol for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow all parts to dry before reassembling.

The Dragon Egg kit includes one 710-thread quartz coil. Some retail configurations include a spare coil as well. Replacement coils are available directly from Lookah and are compatible with all standard Lookah 710-thread coil types, including different coil styles to suit varying preferences. Replacing the coil periodically as it degrades from use is the best way to maintain clean flavor and optimal vapor production from the device.
