The GC Ceramic Grinder uses a rotation-click closure rather than traditional threading on the main lid. To open, rotate the lid a short distance in one direction until it releases from the locked position. To close, place the lid on the chamber and rotate it the opposite direction until it clicks into the locked position. The magnetic component holds the lid firmly in place between sessions. This design eliminates the thread channels that accumulate resin in standard grinders, preventing the lid-jamming failure that affects traditional aluminum grinders over time.

Separate all four pieces by opening the rotation-locking lid and unscrewing the lower sections. Use the included cleaning brush to clear herb from the lion teeth and ceramic-coated walls — the ceramic coating reduces adhesion, so loosened herb should brush away more easily than from bare aluminum. Soak the aluminum and ceramic components in isopropyl alcohol for 20 to 30 minutes to dissolve resin. Brush away dissolved residue, rinse with warm water, and dry completely. Harvest kief from the bottom chamber with the pollen scraper before soaking to preserve the accumulated material. The lavender exterior anodized finish can be wiped with a soft damp cloth.
